Good evening
Please help me, after shutting down my laptop it boots back on it's own in less than 5seconds even when I hibernate it, the same thing happens. I'd have to use the power button to force it to shutdown. How do I fits this please.

Someone said that it's bugs on the OS that's causing it, I don't know how true that is

Run this command and let me know if it shuts down without reboot

Open command prompt

Type shutdown -h -t 0

Press enter.

I just tried it, it didn't shutdown, it just displayed an array of code nothing else.

The first one is for Linux OS. My mistake.

Its still restarting on its own

It must be an OS issue. Probably an update. You need to roll back the system to a previous that when the update occured (system restore). In settings, search for system restore and pick the earliest day available there.
