Job description
 
1. Monitoring daily communications. receiving/dispense information as instructed
2. Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
3. Manage petty cash
4. Recording and filing cash transactions
5. Processing expense requests as approved
6. Updating and maintaining procedural documents
7. Undertake some administrative functions, 
etc.
