The only female gubernatorial aspirant in Benue State, Hon. Susan Waya, on Wednesday, picked her Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms to contest the Benue governorship election on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Mrs Waya obtained the forms to the admiration of her supporters at the Wadata Plaza national headquarters of the PDP in Abuja.

After picking the forms, she said: “It is a huge achievement for me for the fact that I was representing women who fought for our equity & rights.”

The governorship aspirant and mother of two, who is married to a London-based Nigerian businessman, Chief Terry Waya, is the mother of popular Big Brother Naija Season 5 housemate, Kidd Waya.

According to her official profile, Mrs. Susan Nguveren Waya is a renowned philanthropist, humanitarian, and successful entrepreneur, consultant, politician, grassroots mobilizer, and multinational administrator.
