Sagging breasts can be caused or triggered by health complications or health issues, some can be natural.

Sagging breasts are scientifically called breast ptosis because the breasts are made up of fat and tissues. Many things can affect the size of a woman’s breasts such as lifestyle, health issues, aging or inherit.

Here Are 5 Medical Reasons Why Some Ladies Have Saggy Breasts.

1. Smoking.

Smoking is one of the common causes of breast saggy because collagen in the body is one of the important proteins in our body, and it helps in maintaining elasticity in the skin.

But a woman who has the habit of smoking many gets hampered faster and can lose elasticity of the skin, and such things can lead to breast saggy in a woman.

2. Lack Of Exercise.

Some women find it hard to exercise their body due to lack of strength, or they are just lazy and don’t want to try something new like exercising. They see it as stress.

The truth is, the lack of upper body exercise in a woman can also lead to saggy breasts in a woman.

A woman should do exercise like chest press, push up, plank at least twice a week. It will help to keep the breast standard.

3. Rapid Weight Loss.

Rapid weight loss can also lead to saggy breasts in a woman. The breast tissue has a lot of fats, so if a woman loses a lot of weight, it can also affect the breast of a woman. Breast can also sag due to the loss of collagen in the body. When a woman hits menopause, she tends to reduce weight and such things will also affect her hormones. In such cases it is natural, mostly for women in their menopause age, so you don’t have to panic at all.

After marriage she started smoking abi?
Oga the only reason is birth and age.
Age factor may be due to menopause.
Birth factor may be due to child feeding and also carrying the baby on the back.
We also attribute it to the phenotypic characteristics of the said lady.. while some ladies will have firm breast even after childbirth some girls of 16 already have saggy breast.
