How true is it that APC is a progressive party when nothing seems to be working?

Unfortunately the funding does not come from government alone. It comes from the increased school fees, internally generated revenue of Universities, and support from private sector and as well government support.
For your information, it is not only universities that cannot function without funding, nothing in a nation can function without funding.
You can allocate all the funds to the Universities and neglect other important sectors. Even Universities are not the only important aspect of education. Primary and secondary schools are more important. Social benefits of primary and secondary school education are higher to a nation than the University education.
So disturb the noise about university education.
Covenant university graduates are doing superbly well throughout the globe because the students pay for what they're getting.

ASUU leaders should be honest and let Nigerians know their true aim .
Their counterparts in Europe and America pay tax on their monthly salaries so they have no reason demanding not to pay tax on their own salary in Nigeria they should go bury their face in shame .

It would have been better if you kept quiet. Such an ignoramus!

Oga, the people in focus now are NASU and SSANU, even though ASUU are on strike too but their case is not in focus now!
For your info, NAAT is also on strike. That means all Unions in the public Universities are on strike and the public Universities are on absolute lock-down.

ASUU, SANU AND NASU as well as government are all dancing around the real issue....universities are poorly funded and the only way they can get what they want is to increase funding.

And the only way they can increase funding is to raise school fess. But ASUU, SSANU, NASU and government won't dare say that out loud. Too too unpopular.

Increase school fees?

While a lawmaker is getting 30 million naira as not salaryooo or allowee but constituency fee

Well, yes we should cut our lawmaker salary, but at the end, we need far far more than that.

Until government invokes and enforces' no work no pay' , this frivolous strike actions won't stop.

Government itself need to be responsible though.
Correct.

No work no pay would curtail all these shenanigans.
