I have been using marihuana since 2008, cooking, chewing, smoking, tea.

Whenever I try to wean off it, or go sabbatical, my sleep pattern gets very messed up. I become terribly insomniac, and when I do get to sleep, I do not feel as refreshed as when I used.

Presently, I have greatly reduced consumption to only when I link up with the guys as against my previous usage habit of never running out of supply in the house. Used to be the first thing when I wake, that's after peeing and drinking water. It also helped me stay off alcohol for upwards of 6 years.

But now, I can barely sleep, reason why I'm still up at this time. Plus I'm back to imbibing.

I wish I could have a good sleep without the herb, and also continue my alcohol abstinence.

Tips from veterans who got over and anyone with useful information is welcome.

Shey you know say herbs no good for liver and kidney because herbs no dey diluted for the organs? Herbs are very good. But herbs are too powerful and need to be neutralized before consumption. Consuming undiluted (non-neutralized) herbs can damage internal organs.

Why do you say so?

How is it bad on those two organs you mentioned?

Any information, evidence, article or bulletin to buttress this?
