Very simply but requires determination.

1. Change your diet. Avoid beverages all the soft drinks, beers etc
2. Stop eating bread, biscuits etc. Stop eating flour products like chinchin, egg rolls, the pies etc
3. Eat twice a day. Skipping breakfast will allow you do this. This in the afternoon and evening. Have a closer window eating period (say 12pm - 5pm). You can start from say 11am - 6pm but slowly work at squeezing the eating window. This will allow you at least 18 hours of fasting.
4. Intermittent Fasting and sometimes prolong fasting. Check 3 above.
Go about this for at least 3 months, you will see your body loss the fat.
5. Very important as in 1, while you do away with the extra sugars, reduce your carbohydrate intake while eating twice a day. Reduce your carbs. Increase your fat intake so that it can help you fast longer.
6. Eat fruit but avoid the sugary fruits like the pawpaw, water melon, pineapple etc. These are added sugars as the beverages.

Try these for 3 months and see.

Can we have a post titled how to gain weight in two weeks? Everywhere is loosing weight and all. Is it that we have a large number of obese people in Nigeria? I want to gain weight o.
