PDP has more than enough of these ills you have mentioned. Don't single out APC alone for mauling. Remember Diezani, Remember Akpobolokemi, Remember the Bobrisky wannabe governor who dressed like a woman, can't remember his name now. They are all Ole Onijekuje! What we need now is a new party that will be devoid of the hanky-panky games that APC and PDP are playing.
