*PROFILE OF HON. EMEKA D. EBO


Hon. Chief Emeka D. Ebo (Nwachinamelu) is a successful private sector technocrat with proven track record.



He hails from ogidi in Idemmili North Local Government Area of Anambra State,
He attended Constitution Crescent Primary School Aba, Abia State and after a sterling performance in Aba, He wrote exam and was enrolled into the prestigious Christ the King College Onitsha after which he was admitted to then University of Cross River State, Uyo now University of Uyo Akwaibom State.



In a quest to acquire more knowledge, he proceeded to Virginia Int College Bristol VA, United States of America, after a brilliant academic performance, he later enrolled into Institute of Biometrics Engineering and Applications
Chicago IL where he distinguished himself.



Hon. Emeka D. Ebo is the Chairman of AGRICON Innovation Limited and the organiser of Agribusiness Conference and Expo, an event which provides platform that improves the exportation potentials of Nigerian farmers and agripreneurs through the provision of linkage opportunities with international markets and improved awareness of modern farming techniques.

Hon. Emeka Ebo served as a Commissioner For African Affairs, Maryland USA. He also served as a board member for the APA, USA.

He is presently, the President -General Ogidi Union USA, Canada and Mexico, He is the Chairman Foundation for African Development.

Hon. Emeka D. Ebo is a Biometric Engineer per excellence and a Member of the United States Biometrics Consortium.

Chief Emeka Ebo is also consultant to the Senate Federal Republic Of Nigeria and the National Assembly.


Hon. Emeka's vision, passion and Mission of *"IFE IDEMMILI 2023"* is to bring an unparalleled, unequal and unprecedented representation of the gracious people of Idemmili North and South in Federal House of Representatives Abuja.




*1. HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:*

Our greatest assest in Idemmili is the array of human resources endowed by Divinity to Umu Idemmili North and South Federal Constituency.

Hence, our collective resolve to harness the avalanche of human resources and develop our young and growing youthful population for global competitiveness through my Vision 2030 Human Capability Development Program.


Our Human Capital Development Initiative is aimed at developing the capabilities of umu Idemmili North and South, prepare them for the future, and support them to seize emerging opportunities in the areas of ICT and digitalisation, Robotics Technology, Software and web Application development, Modern Agricultural initiative and innovatie farming (greenhouse).


We will ensure that umu Idemmili have the required capabilities to compete globally by instilling values and developing basic and future skills, as well as enhancing the knowledge of our Constituents.



*2. IDEMMILI YOUTHS MENTORSHIP AND LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE:*


My vision is to re-awaken the minds of umu Idemmili and begin a gentle but gradual mental revolution.


I will prioritize the Mentorship and leadership development for the young people in Idemmili North and South Federal Constituency, forge a synergy between the younger and the older generations.


I believe that the the younger generation should be mobilised and trained in the art of leadership and given the opportunities to excel, the older generation will serve as guardians for these young emerging leaders with their wealth of experience and knowledge.


*The Idemmili Youths Mentorship and leadership program will produces leaders that ensure continuity and maintain the culture and values of our Institutions and further instill our fast eroding values, norms, culture and Prepare our youths for leadership in all spheres of human endeavours.*



*3. IDEMMILI YOUTHS DIGITAL SKILL ACQUISITION PROGRAMS:*

My motivation is to mold a generation of you tech leaders from Idemmili North and South Federal Constituency who can effectively adapt, continually learn, think outside the box, create Digital solutions by building a digital economy through Information communication technology.



My policies and programs will be aimed at providing lifelong learning opportunities, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship culture, developing and activating policies and enablers to ensure competitiveness of umu Idemmili in the National and global market place.


*4. EDUCATION:*

Education remains the most valuable and important tool for Human emancipation,
My Vision is to further develop a solid educational base for umu Idemmili through academic Scholarships, competition, provision of Educational grants and support to ensure that no Idemmili child is left behind.


*5. AGRICULTURE*


Our Initiative in the Agricultural Sector through AGRICON (Agric Conference & Expo) will
provide a platform that improves the exportation potentials of farmers and agripreneurs in Idemmili North and South Federal Constituency through the provision of linkage opportunities with international markets and improved awareness of modern farming techniques.


We shall provide training and empowerment for farmers on greenhouse technology and other modern innovative System of farming to enable them produce high quality farm produce all year. We shall induce a backward flow of able bodied youths into farming through a range of incentives and back-to-the-land programmes.
