@HouseNGR has urged @NigeriaGov to as a matter of urgency, implement recommendations of National Security Summit the House held in 2021.The House expressed its worry over increasing cases of banditry, killings, kidnappings & attacks on critical infrastructure by criminal elements

The Deputy Speaker, Rep. @HonAhmedWase, said many citizens lost in one location alone in two days is quite a serious issue.

The resolution was made amid the rising security challenges in the country.

The Lawmakers called on the FG to pay urgent attention to security challenges in Kaduna State in particular, and the country in general. They held both President @MBuhari and security agencies accountable, urging them to halt the trend of killings.

The Members had special prayers, seeking God's face to end the killings in the country.

The @HouseNGR then suspended plenary for the rest of the day and adjourned till Tuesday next week in solidarity with the victims of the killings and attacks in Birnin Gwari, Giwa in Kaduna State, and all federal constituencies in the country.

Mr speaker, I am Honourable Ahmed Jaha, I represent the most terrorized constituency of Chibok, Damboa.

You can imagine in the midst of the increase in insecurity, a member of the house of reps, wrote a commendation letter to one of the service chiefs!

Hmmmmmmmmmmm

Instead of moving motions for impeachment of this blood wasting government, and setting up high level committee to unravel the reason behind the destruction of lives and properties of Nigerians and seemingly helplessness of security apparatus of the Nation despite billions of dollars wasted, they are going on recess: WHEN THEIR HOUSE IS ON FIRE

I am surprised no protest has been staged since that Kaduna issue happened. It's obvious we don't value human life in Nigeria. Her citizens are too coward to fight for their rights. Online warriors, please how then will you people stop Tinubu from becoming your president?

These so called HOR members are bereft of ideas. You have the powers to tweek and change the laws to be more robust to contain the current security situation. All you do is cosmetic approach for the cameras. Guys, it's official that we have a lot of ungoverned spaces in Nigeria and Abuja is not able to cope so divulge powers to the states to have their own police and tackle the local problems with local solutions. Please stop kicking the can down the road.

Time to be proactive and take the issues head on with the executive, these bunch of Legislooters are looking for an excuse to go on Holiday.

Nigeria is irredeemable and there’s nothing in sight that can stop the amount of rot and corruption in the next 100years.

The old Politicians are doing nothing but teach the Youths who will one day lead how to run the same shit.
