This is inevitable reaction as many Ukrainian civilians are armed and joined in the fire fighter.

There is nothing like superpower in Russia. Did we see something like this when America was in Iraq and Afghanistan? It was not bomb that killed them and this also proves that civilians are always targeted in Ukraine.

These civilians" deaths I see here shows frustrated and bleeding troops revenging the injuries inflicted on them by Ukrainian real fighters.

What people don't know

1. Ukraine did not fight to liberate these towns... Russians pulled back because of peace talks and reinforcements then Ukrainian soldiers occupied the empty land and obviously acted as outplayed Victors

2. Ukraine is using civilians as both shields and militia groups. It's a war and anyone hindering advancements will be dealt with, civilian or not. Most Ukrainians civilians volunteered to fight... They also included death signatures.

3. Russia still needs Kiev to be standing unlike Mariopul and others already flattened. It's not weakness... It's called strategy. Besides if Russia was to give a "shot at sight" and "destroy everything" order on Kiev, the west will start screaming genocide.

Truth is nothing will be done... Ask Biafra and they'll tell you how mass civilians were killed in the war and Lagos denied it.

Russian soldiers are retreating already. So why will they kill civilians? Except the civilians were shooting at them, or trying to use Molotov cocktails like they have been doing.

Russia troops completed withdrew from that town on March 31 as a part of the Turkish President peace deal between Russia and Ukraine, Russia moved their troops from Kyiv to East Ukraine as Russia want to get Odessa port from Ukraine.
Ukraine troops took over the town immediately but waited 2 more days to show dead people on the street? Like seriously?
I bet you believe Saddam has WMD and Assad used gases on rebels in south Damascus when he already crushed them to small

While one cannot totally dismiss the claims of the Ukrainians, there's a need to conduct an independent investigation, by countries that are neutral in this war.

Having said that, the Ukrainians will do anything to demonize the Russians. It's the only way they can continue to generate sympathy from citizens of US/UK and EU.
It's also the only way US/UK and EU can continue to justify their senseless shipment of weapons to Ukraine, to their citizens.

I am sure they are disappointed that Russia did not invade Kiev, as the western media would have had a field day reporting exaggerated civilians casualties, which they US/UK and EU need to justify their involvement, and whatever hardship their citizens are going through.

I think Russia first thought was Kyiv will be easy without massive bombing of Kyiv then when they saw things may not work that way, Russia went immediately for the second option, make Ukraine landlocked.
Odessa is the only city separating main Russia land from Moldova, Russia military have already started attacking Odessa city because without it, then Russia can really control everything.

There is no civilian in Ukraine, the moment Zalensky broadcasted it, that all Ukrainians should pickup arms and face trained armed soldiers, what do you expect?

It is a different thing if these civilians were hit accidentally.

But it was reported that some of them had their arms and legs tied up.

That is a war crime. Which military will leave such an evidence behind, especially in such a war where nearly every country is keenly observing and following?

Do not forget that before the Russians retreated the town of bucha the was a heavy fire exchange.
Would it be they were caught in a cross fire (civilian victims here) or the were tortured as seen from decomposing bodies tied up in a children hospital bay, on the roads or in mass graves close to a church.
Would the Ukrainians have done this to themselves to act a movie called a war crime only independent verification can tell this to us first by analyzing the kind of weapons used in killing these persons.
