I wouldn't have Hesitated buying this hàd it been I saw this earlier at least to help you get your mother treated .I bought 3 acres just Last 2 Weeks ,Out of Cash. Now.

A Video of the Town and site was made which was Viewed Live ,But quite Unfortunate that the Man that wanted to buy it Mentioned that He Taught the Land is Situated in the Main Town.

For God's sake the Cost of a Plot of Land at IJU / ATAN now is 4 Million Naira ,That is just one Plot .The one i'm Offering for sale is 400k Per Plot .There was no where One would get a Plot of Land for 400k a most Developed Area .

My Property is in a Developing Area ,it's a site ,With Absolute Tendencies to Develop in the next 2 Years .There are 5 Transformers in the Town 33kva Electricity Supply.

Hello Everyone ,I have 6 Plots of Land I intend to sell ..My Mother is Diagnosed of Having a Serious Heart Disease Attach is her Medical Report .

She suffers Diabetes Melitus 2 and High Blood Pressure as well according to her Doctor .She is in a very Pitiful and sorry state.
She was responding to treatment before and recuperating but My Dwindled Financial Status Affected Her Treatment hence this Action .

She is such a Caring and Wonderful Mother that was always their for me right from time to time .I lost my father to Diabetes in 2005 .

What is the Essence of Having a Property and my mother is in Pains / Dying Situation .I love to invest on landed Property for Future Purpose but the situation at hand now has to do with life ,So I have to sell as quick as Possible.

The Land is 6 Plots ,One Acre .One Plot is Going for 400k .The 6 Plots is 2.4 Million Naira .

Location : Ajibawo Oke Ore Area ,After ATAN OTA. along Sango to Owode Road.Ogun state .Landmark : Major Road Construction from Lagos Island ,CMS to Agbara Bustop ,Train Inclusive .From Agbara Industrial Estate to ATAN road is Under Construction .
The Area is a Good Land bank because the Developmental Tendencies will be Sporadic.

Pls.Do not Pity me,I have tried all other Avenues to Get Funds ,It's not Working ,I wanted to try Loan Apps , Fairmoney etc but I just have to stop the idea so as not to be molested .It's better to use what I have to get my Mum well again .
