I really don't want to talk about the national team (Super Eagle) with their abysmal performance against the Black Star of Ghana. But why is it that we don't have any referee representing us in any international competitions? Not even in the just conclude AFCON game. Are they not qualified? What is even the job of NFF president, Pinnick sef? He is even in FIFA. And i don't see his impact on our games. Na to dey snap picture for Europe with 'already made' footballer. Our corruption na follow-come na. Send a Nigerian Referee to the world cup and he must make news for all the wrong reasons. If he doesn't do a poor job refereeing, he will take bribes or even abscond at the end of tournament to escape Nigeria. So you see why it's a bad idea advocating for a Nigerian Referee at the highest level of football. |

ExAngel007: If only you know how much bribe those referees collect, I'm not capping, I'm a footballer and I have so many NPFL footballers as very close friends too How much do they pay them that they shouldn't find some other way legally or illegally to make more money ? See, even Amaju pinnick controls the league, he's a big time staker, he bets and tells the players, coaches, teams etc what to do so his game/ticket will favour him, after he will settle them and so on, I don't want to go further for some reasons |
