The level of corruption in the Nigeria construction industry is making government and citizens not achieving value for money. Adopting Building information modeling (BIM) will save us from loosing alot of money through transparency from design to construction and operations. But BIM is not the same with CAD as this article states https://engineerxp.com/difference-between-bim-and-cad/.
Do you think Nigeria government should adopt massive utilization of BIM in all government funded projects so that we can all track the process and the quality of the infrastructures we use in real time?
