You are ignorant of one very truth about Igbo agitation for the state for the State of Biafra, they actually do not want to share their nation with Nigeria especially far north of Hausa Fulani enclave. They may be a bit comfortable with even southern Kaduna, Benue, kogi and quite at home with their strong cousins of Efik, bibibio, etc. Igbo believe that the rest of Nigeria is dragging them backwards.
