OUR FACILITIES:-

1) OUTDOOR LOUNGE AND RELAXATION ARENA
We intend to operate the Arena, based on registered memberships. In the Outdoor Arena, we are
creating a welcoming, cozy, decent, and a cordial enabling environment in a natural setting for our
customers looking for exclusivity & privacy, security/safety, for socializing/networking, bonding for
families, friends, business and associates, and for relaxation, refreshments, renewal and
relationships with like-minded persons, as well as to enjoy great meals and drinks as an individual or
in a group, and with attentive services by our trained staff, to generally leave positive memories for
the members of the Arena. The Arena can also be used as a venue for unique and suitable
exclusive events. The Arena leverages on the great services provided at the TTP Restaurant, to
serve outstanding meals/dishes.

2) INDOOR LOUNGE & BAR
Our Indoor Lounge & Bar, a comfortable and cool place for our clients to chill out, relax and refresh
in a fun filled atmosphere, is our Indoor equivalent of our Outdoor Arena, although patronage will not
be by membership as for the Arena.

3) EVENT HALLS
We realized that when some clients are looking for a hall for their events, they are looking for a
serene, calm, good quality place in a secured environment, and a convenient car park, all devoid of
distractions and harassment by miscreants, so when their event is on, they are focused, and are
able to enjoy the occasion to its fullest. The Thrive Place Halls and Events’ facilities (which are well
equipped are of different sizes and capacities) are designed to address these needs, and situated in
a perfect location, and supported by professional staff, who understand how to partner with our
clients to tailor the facilities to meet their needs.

4) CONFERENCE/MEETING ROOMS
Our Conference/Meeting/Training Rooms, well equipped and of various capacities, are adaptable
and can be customized to meet the needs and requests of our different clients, and are ideal for use
by corporate organizations, groups, consultants/trainers, professionals/trade associations, families
and individuals.

5) SWIMMING POOL
Our Swimming Pool, a part of our fitness and wellness facility, is available to both our inhouse
guests and members, and it’s situated in a serene, private, exclusive natural setting of green plants.
We go to good extent in providing a Swimming Pool that is well cared for, and maintained for
optimum benefits of our guests, and their enjoyment, relaxation, and fun. To support safety at the
Pool, we have a professional lifeguard, at hand, and we offer various beneficial aquatic programs to
our customers. We invite and welcome you to a time of value adding to your life at our Pool, either to
swim or for an appropriate elegant Pool-side exclusive event/party.

6) LAUNDRY
We believe that your clothes have a way of reflecting who you are, and we care that your clothes are
laundered with professionalism to preserve the quality of your linens, and to best reflect who you
are. We keep our guests and clients at rest, as they expect their clothes well-handled and cared for
at our laundry facility. We apply the same level of commitment and attention in our laundry work for
our in-house guests.

7) GYM
We believe that the ideal is for each one to have a sound body, soul and spirit, and that undertaking
physical exercises are a way of living a healthy, fruitful, and enjoyable life. We have therefore
provided an exclusive gym to cater for a number of clients whose minds are made up, and
committed to working in a cozy and decent environment, with a coach, and other like-minded
members to build relationships, stay in shape and live a healthy life. Our supportive Staff are
available, and remains alert to ensure our guests/clients have the best experiences using our gym
facilities.

RESTAURANT
A go-to decent, fun and exclusive destination for your refreshment, for you to slow down your pace
for relaxation, renewal and connections; enjoy great food, great service in a comfortable ambiance
and atmosphere - a cozy, homely and warm environment, offering and serving our special dishes.
TTP Restaurant is known especially for its delicious Saturday night sea foods dinners, and Sunday
lunches, and it’s weekend entertainment activities and programmes. TTP Restaurant has excellent
front and back of the Restaurant high quality attention; manned by competent and creative Chefs -
not relying on the same monotonous, and regular menu, and located in premises endowed with gifts
of nature.

9) APARTMENTS & ROOMS
We offer Apartments and Rooms of various ranges/categories for overnight stays at affordable rates,
which are tastefully furnished, equipped to be home away from home, notable for cleanliness,
comfort, safety and security in a serene environment, and with other accompanying facilities and
services managed by our professional staff, who are there to attend to your needs, and to ensure
that our guests have a pleasant and memorable experience while staying with us, and when leaving
TTP.

10) MULTI- PURPOSE OPEN SPACE
Our Multi-purpose Open Space serves both as a car park, and for adaptation, and can be
customized for use for suitable outdoor events to accommodate large crowds. Whether serving as a
car park, or for an event, the same quality standards for operating TTP platforms apply in
guaranteeing our clients the best support, and also within the Estate Rules, and in enabling our
clients to fully achieve their objectives, and bringing them immense satisfaction and pleasure.
