The current average market value of a processed GMELINA/TEAK tree stand is 30k If you had planted JUST 450 stands on an acre in a the 'bush' like 10 years ago, here are the benefits you would have derived today 1. Your land would have been well secured from trespassers and land grabbers alike and the current value of that thick forest can only be left to imagination today. 2.
