If the US alone has up to 5000 nuclear warheads and Russia has up to 6,000, what do u think will be the size of the NATO arsenal by the time they all amass their nuclear war heads? Moreover the number of of nuclear war heads isn’t important because all it will take for these two countries to destroy each other is 100 nuclear warheads each. And the other stockpiles will be a waste.

And if u don’t know, out of the 6,000 plus warheads Russia has, only 1,400 is working, about 3,000 isn’t even ready for battle mode while about 1500 is no longer functional and ready to be dismantled. Maintaining nuclear stockpiles requires money and Russia hasn’t got such money to keep maintaining such number
