Good evening, pls am new into rearing of layers for eggs. Started around August last year. All of sudden I only get to pick a crate of eggs or nothing at all for days as against an average of 10 crates daily.
I have a little above 500 birds.
Been feeding dem well and giving dem multivitamins but nothing.
Pls help a brother as am thinking of disposing them off while I cut my losses and move on.

Are you sure dey are eating the feed...and what type of feed are you feeding them

There are alot of thjngs you dont do right, even the 10 creates is a poor result. Now answer these questions:

1. Did you get them at DOC or POL

2. What is their age

3. How many bags of feed are you feeding the 500 pieces.

4. Are you using battery cage or deep litter system.

5. What is your periodic vaccination schedule.
