Requirements for Nigerian Air Force Recruitment Course 43 Airmen/Airwomen 2022

The following characteristics of an interesting applicant for the Airmen/Airwomen are required:

Nigerian Army 83RRI Recruitment Form 2022/2023 https://www.npowertech.com/nigerian-army-83rri-recruitment-form-2022-2023/

Applicant must be Nigerian citizen
Applicant must possess 5 Create including Mathematics and English in not more than 2 setting SSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB Examination
Applicant with NCEApplicants or ND must possess lower credit from accredited university
Sportsman/Sportswomen must present evidence of experience (certificates and medals)
Must less than 1.66m tall for male and 1.63m for famale.
Applicants must have BVN and NIN
Local Government Area (LGA) Certificate




Summary of the Application
The grand opening will take place on April 11th, 2022.
The deadline for submissions is May 22nd, 2022.
Exercise in conducting application interviews will be place between June 27th and August 28th, 2022.
Certificates of completion: secondary school, NCE, and ND

BASIC MILITARY TRAINING COURSE (43/2022)

GUIDELINES for Nigerian Air Force Recruitment Course 43 Airmen/Airwomen 2022

1. Interested and qualified applicants are to apply FREE OF CHARGE online at www.nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng

2. Applicants are to apply once. Multiple online applications will be disqualified.

3. Applicants are to print out the underlisted documents after completion of the application online:

a. Local Government Attestation Form (To be signed by a military officer or Local ` Government Chairman).

b. Parent/Guardian Consent Form.

c. Acknowledgment Form.

QUALIFICATIONS for Nigerian Air Force Recruitment Course 43 Airmen/Airwomen 2022

4. Applicants must be Nigerian citizens by birth, and must possess National Identity Card/NIN or BVN.

5. Applicants must not be less than 1.66m tall for males and not less than 1.63m tall for females.

6. Applicants must be medically, physically and psychologically fit.

7. Applicants must be free of any previous conviction(s) on criminal grounds, by a court of law.

8. Non Tradesmen/women

a. Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 22 years (Applicants born before 31 March 2001 are not eligible).

b. Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more than 2 sittings in SSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB.

9. Tradesmen/women

a. Applicants applying as tradesmen and women must be between 18 and 25 years of age (Applicants born before 31 March 1998 are not eligible). Those applying for Chaplains Assistant, Assistant Imam and Driver/Mechanic must be between 18 and 28 years of age (Applicants born before 31 March 1995 are not eligible).

b. Applicants with ND/NCE must possess at least lower credit from accredited institutions and must possess a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more than 2 sittings in SSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB.

c. Applicants applying as drivers and other trades skills that require Trade test must possess a minimum of 2 passes in SSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB with a credit in English in addition to their Trade Test Certificate.

d. Applicants applying as sportsmen/women are to present evidence of their experience, which shall include certificates and medals.

NOTE

10. Online Registration starts on 11 April 2022 and closes on 22 May 2022.

11. Recruitment Interview Exercise will hold from 27 June – 28 August 2022.

12. Nigerian Air Force online registration and all other recruitment processes are FREE OF CHARGE and no payment should be made at any point throughout the Exercise.

13. The Attestation Form must be accompanied by the passport photograph and photocopy of the signees Driver’s Licence, International Passport or National ID Card. The signee is also to authenticate the passport photograph of the applicant.

Regular Combatant

The Regular Combatant Commision is a 5 year intensive military training at the Nigerian Defence Academy. This type of commission is opened to young Nigerians within 17 years old and not more than 21 years old at the time of entry into the Academy. The training involves 4 years of both academic and military training and one year of dedicated military training, which will lead to the award of a Bachelor Degree and a presidential commission to the rank of Second Lieutenant in the Nigerian Army (NA), Midship Man in the Nigerian Navy (NN) and Flying Officer in the Nigerian Air Force (NAF). Until 2011, this course used to be exclusively for males. The first set of females commenced training in September 2011.







Direct Short Service Commision

The Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) is a type of commission in the NAF which is open to both civilians and serving military personnel. The Course provides the avenue for the enlistment of degree holders who are professionals in specified fields. Training period for this type of commission is usually 6 months of intensive military training and successful candidates are commissioned into the rank of Flying Officer.







Basic Military Training Course

The Basic Military Training Course is a Short Period Training for the Airmen and Airwomen, not normally more than 6 months of training. It is mainly for those who possess Secondary School Certificate, National Diploma certificate, NABTEB, RN/RM/NCE or City & Guild Certificate and Trade Test Certificate. The BMTC is comprised of Non-Tradesmen/Women with age limit between 18 and 22, and Tradesmen/Women with age limit between 18 and 25.
