Hi, I recently tried to add my two cards to paypal but failed. When I tried to add my Fidelity Bank card, I got this error: 1. Your card has been declined by your issuing bank. Please try another card or contact your bank for more information. When I tried to add my GT Bank card, I got this error: 2. Your card has been declined. Please try another card. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated at this point. I've been unable to solve this for weeks now. |
