Role: Executive Assistant to MD*

Job Summary: Provide top-notch secretarial and administrative support to the office of the Managing Director on varieties of strategic business activities. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of the business, priorities of the company and the priorities of the MD, as well as company policies, procedures and methods of operation.

Requirements:
* First degree in any discipline with not less than 2.1
* Minimum of 2yrs cognate experience as PA/EA/Secretary to top management.
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Calendar.
* Background in Law is an added advantage
* Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
