A) Production Manager

Must have a minimum of HND/B.Sc in Food Science or relevant courses.
Must understand all work flow required for running a bakery.
Must have a good staff hiring and planning skills.
Must be able to work and deliver excellently under pressure.
Must possess a good analytical and communication skill
Membership of NIFST will be an added advantage.
Must have at least two years working experince in a bakery.
Must not be more that 40yrs.

B)Baker
Must be a Baking Technologist or of relevant course with a minimum qualification of Higher National Diploma.
Must be able to generate differents recipes
Must be able to work and deliver under pressure.
Must have a good communications skills
Must have at least 4years of working experience in a bakery.
Must not be more than 40yrs.
