It's just crazy. That's how they facilitate collusion and sabotage. A manager should bring his own assistants if you truly want real progress and success.

Finidi is an excellent choice. He is a UEFA licensed coach.

Why not make finidi substantive coach/TM? This NFF are the problem, they are too illiterate about management. Sameway they brought eguavoen and amuneke together, situations like these will always bring redundancy of ideas.

You must not play for Super Eagles for you to be successful as Super Eagles coach.
Someone can be successful by studying (coaching science or whatever), training clubs etc. without ever playing any competitive game in their coaching career.
