The problem with that recipe is that I would use it as a start off. I wouldn't rely on it. Over the years I have found that I have needed to tweak things to make it taste more like the one that we have ordered. This recipe makes a pretty hard crust, and the filling, taste it to make sure it's seasoned to your liking.
