As the 2023 elections reach a crescendo, one of the most prominent arguments is the argument on Zoning.

One of the most frequent question asked by opponents of zoning is if zoning is a tenet of democracy or a democratic principle.

In this video however, I tried to deconstruct the concept of democracy and its principles and to determine if these principles are some sort of dogmas that cannot be modified or redefined.
