Bihari’s ministers are not above the law, they should resign honourable.

Leave them, God will harden their hearts not to resign bcoz He knows that they don't have anything to offer the masses.

Today is 20th and Malami has only 4 days before the door is shut against him. God is set to answer prayer of the masses.

PDP aren’t really playing this opposition politics well enough.

They ought to be giving APC a run for their money, just as they were giving them during their time. But they’re just so cold and powerless

Dannyset:
No party would give its ticket to any appointee that didn't meet up with the one-month period of resignation to the primary, so as to avoid the Zamfara scenario.
the previous law said political appointees must resign "one month to the general election"

The amended constitution says they must resign before they can participate in party primaries

So the issue of one month deadline only applies the general election in which case they must have resigned already to even participate in the party primaries which have no deadline to resign

“It is not our job in the Presidential Villa to ask anyone to resign. It is the job of the SGF to do so. So, you should direct your inquiries to the SGF. Please do not write my name inside your paper because I don’t want to be drawn into this controversial issue,” the official said.

This here is very funny cheesy

The law catch those noise making ministers that are expecting free presidential slots .they should all stay out office and canferse for political votes then we know who is real porpular and political Vibrant among of them.

I hope they won't be shocked when buhari tells all those appointees that they should have adhered to the electoral law, thus making whatever plans they had as delegates and eventual candidates redundant.

Na God one bless PDP for Niger State be that

Malami thinks he is smart, unfurnately for him it would end in premium tears when PDP takes his mandate at the election petition tribunal, or disqualify him before the election by that time Buhari would be unable to save him

.

Worry about that man that tweets on WhatsApp. There is still enough time to resign, so your rants mean nothing

He has only 4 days? Lmao. Oga, go back and read the Electoral Act. You are very naive about the contents of that Act grin. Malami will resign two days to primaries and there's nothing you'd do about it

I think most of the APC Presidential and Governorship hopefuls holdon to their portfolio knows that they cannot win election on a good day. It is their believes that they should just contribute millions to the party for expression of interest and nomination forms so that the PARTY can have enough resources to use during electionerring.
Re: Electoral Act: Presidency, OSGF Disagree Over Ministers’ Refusal To Resign by EmekaMD(m): 10:19am On Apr 20, 2022
It's simple. Let them contest and win. Other parties would go to court and get them removed.
Easy

You see why Nigeria can't go forward as a nation until all these wicked men are put away.
Electoral act and yet they have refuse to resign and these same people are the ones that want to be our leaders!

So if they can't obey the electoral act how can they do what we ask them to do for us?

They were not set-up to play as opposition. They were supposed to be in power as long as possible. It's the zoning brouhaha that killed the arrangement.

Most of those ministers have nothing going on for them except their ministerial appointment

The moment they resign they cease to exist politically

Correct! They can't imagine leaving all the freebies and oppressive powers attached to those offices.
