Fred Awharitoma popularly know as Jagaba of dawaki. Dawaki is a fast growing community in Abuja, very close to Gwarimpa estate, along kubwa express.

Fred is a hardworking estate agent, everyone who has met him will testify to his hardwork and commitment to his work. He might seems to look like his is an uneducated brother but his honestly and discipline is something you will admire.

The case.
It is a well known and established fact that agents are paid 10% of the paid amount for the property as his share of the commission. Even though some greedy caretakers refuse to pay the 10% to them but, hereby reducing it to 5%. These has caused a lot of misunderstanding between agents and caretakers. But if you are an agent, you might have fallen victim one or two occasions on this very issue, but if a client should pay 15%, at least the agent should get at least 5% abi?

Now this particular caretakers have refuse to pay Fred's money complete and are strongly insisting on giving him 2.5%.

Fred use to pay for ad space on Jiji, and you know how expensive Jiji is. Through out the month, he has not closed any deal due to high competition on Jiji after spending over 40k for paid Jiji ad he manage to get one client that paid for an apartment for 1.5million, now when he went for his money, he was told that his money is 2.5% that's about 37k instead of 70k they previously agreed on the phone, when he insisted on his earned sweat, they beat him up and right now as you are reading this (April 20 2022 @ 6pm) they are trying to get him locked up at garki police station.

Please let's help this brother, even though he is unlettered, let's make sure he gets justice.
