Cuba sanctions are not thesame as Russia. Russia has been hit with many and still going to be strucked with more sanctions in the coming months.

Some countries has sanctions or some form of restrictions imposed on them. But because they are have received sanctions doesn't mean the level of sanctions are equall.

Russia is a big country but they are not independent. They engage in trade (exports and imports) with others to maintain a balance.

If they end up isolating themselves like North Korea, the rest of the world will move on. Nothing go happen (they will not die).
