First of all,networth doesn't mean that the person has money in cash, most of the networth of business men are in stock and shares.However, the networth of politicians is in cash which is usually stashed away in secret foreign accounts.
Dangote will probably not have $500 million in cash right now but Tinubu and Atiku does.
