We are doing a CSR project (BipBop: Business, Innovation & People at the Base of the Pyramid) at Schneider Electrics and I am the project manager/co-ordinator. This project is targeted towards people at the base of the pyramid (by these we mean people with the lowest income on a global scale) and it entails solar electrification of remote areas, rural settings & villages basically for people who don't have light @ all & we can ascertain that.

We aim to provide basic lighting via solar system to improve the condition of this people & boost socio-economic activities.

If anyone knows such villages & remote areas, pls forward their names, local government & state to me asap as we are currently building a list of places to implement. This might be the opportunity to light up your village.
