Kwara Ex Agric Commissioner, Gideon Yisa Saba and the Transition Implementation Committee (TIC) Chairman for Edu Local Government, Mohammed Aliyu Labasa gets a legal Pre-action notice from the Lawyers of Dr. Mohammed Abubakar Mohammed who Isa Former Senior Special Assistant on Solid Mineral and an Aspirant for Kwara State House of Assembly (Edu Constituency) in the forthcoming 2023 elections under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

This Notice came after an Audio Clip went viral across the Kwara State where the Ex Agric Commissioner, Gideon Yisa Saba and the Transition Implementation Committee (TIC) Chairman, Mohammed Aliyu Labasa in company of the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Manman Jibril Saba alleged that Dr. Mohammed Abubakar Mohammed is a fraudster and have been known for long for his fraudulent activities since the time he contested for Local Government Chairman under the platform of Alliance Democratic Party (ADP) in 2017.

The Former Senior Special Assistant on Solid Mineral, Dr. Mohammed thereafter demanded that the duo desist from making such a slanderous and libelous utterances and thereafter issue an apology that is to be published in any of the National Dailies or face full legal action.
