Let’s be vigilant guys,

Always check your AC water vents, make sure it’s closed.
Lock your windows and make sure they have nets.

In this photo is a Monitor Lizard which has lived and grown inside the AC water water pipes between the wall.

We keep hearing aggressive sounds inside the walls, like something was trying to make its way up.

From a small opening in the walls we poured fuel to chase this thing away, it wouldn’t go, other smaller lizards ran away as the fuel went down the pipe.

After several trials, it came out and behold it was a Monitor Lizard struggling to make its way up through the AC vent.

Even while it seemed impossible having reptiles around, here is a Monitor Lizard, something I doubted the possibility when I was told.

We are paying more vigilance henceforth.

The Aboki’s that killed it, took it away, saying it’s good food for some of their friends. �

The thing is so clingy, there is one in my compound, living inside the walls of the fence, I don battle am Taya, e no gree vacate, because of this reptile I plaster fence front and back, yet I still see it when everywhere is quiet,

The annoying thing is the speed it uses to run when u try to attack it,

Abeg any trap or poison for this werey,I don Taya..
My wife don give me deadline say it's either herself or the lizard I should choose, one of them is leaving on that deadline..

Who Sabi hunt lizard abeg

Hire Hausa or local hunter, give them 1k-2k and the meat, problem solved

Yours is better. People should climb into their ceiling every now and then to see what may be hiding in there. We once found a lion in ours. Thank God it was sleeping at the time.

The reptile is harmless. Though the bigger ones attack when threatened.

Nah una go kill am he dey mind him own business.
Monitor lizard just wanna move around in search of its preys and an run from dangerous humans. . .

buy catapult for all the small small pikins wey dey your area .. promise them money if they kill that lizard.

I was never told of any form of poison if it bites. But what I know to well is it defends with its tail. If e wipe you, you fit forget your name. Very painful.

In my place we eat it and it's sweet meat.
