Assuming the car is less than 1000 dollars from auction

Shipping-1100
Trucking-350
Auction charges-330

That's 1,050,200 at 590 to a dollar.

Add clearing of 500k and its over your budget already.

I have not added the cost of the vehicle nor dealer charges.
