My dad lived in nigeria then and i was a little boy of 10! watched the world cup of 1982 and fell in love with the england team and saw liverpool play in the then BIG LEAGUE SOCCER it was shown on TV each saturday and started following. can still tell you more about the players of LFC and their moves even now!
I still have copies of the authentic soccer magazine of that time SHOOT! and MATCH! do you know them?
i watched Adrian Heath, Terry gibson, Greame Souness, Sammy Lee, Kenny Dalglish, Marl Lawrenson, Kevin Keegan, Phil Neal, Allan Thompson, Mo Johnstone, Billy Bonds play!

cant be! was born 1972 buddy, july to be precise!
1996 was a young lad 200L university in Nigeria
