WAFCON 2022: Super Falcons In Group C Up Against South Africa, Burundi, Bostwana by Titaniumental: 6:29am On Apr 30, 2022
Following the successful TotalEnergies Women’s Africa Cup of Nations™ draw in Rabat, Morocco,The Super Falcons of Nigeria have been pitched together in thesame group C with their fellow counterpart and last edition runners up The Bayana Bayana of South Africa,CAF has released the official match schedule for the tournament.

The first match will be played on Saturday, 02 July 2022 at Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex between hosts Morocco and Burkina Faso at 21h30 local time (21h30 GMT).

Two best teams will qualify from each group, totaling 6 teams, but 8 teams are needed for quarter finals. Hence they'll create an additional two slots. And those two slots will be occupied by the two best losing teams.

The two best losing teams will be selected by comparing the performance of the three teams that finished third in each group.
