Happened few hours ago. Heavy Gunfire reported in Agulu Anambra State. Unknown gunmen had attacked the military checkpoint at Agulu Anambra State. The attack on the military checkpoint which is situated right in front of the Agulu town hall, caused panic everywhere as people scampered in different directions. The hall was packed with many people including children and the elderly who had gathered for the free medical outreach sponsored by Hon Dozie Nwankwo, member representing Anaocha, Dunukofia, Njikoka federal constituency. Casualty figure could not be ascertained now because the situation is still tense. *Eye witness account*
