In less than 24 hours after being cleared to contest their primaries under the People's Democratic Party. Candidates posted their Provisional Clearance Certificates and Nigerians went on twitter to show their preferential candidates by liking and retweeting the posts of their favourite candidates.
The pictures below show the number of likes, retweets and comments on the pages of the individual candidates.
It shows Nigerians have adopted and accepted Mr. Peter Obi as their preferred candidate to win the PDP Presidential Primaries. Image shows Mr. Peter Obi has a greater followership and likeable amongst the Nigerian Youths.
However, a lot of people are of the opinion that the contest shouldn't just be on the pages of social media but campaigns should be taken to the streets to canvas for their preferred candidates as elections are not won on the streets of social media, but on the actual streets.
Most Nigerians on social media do not have PVCs but are very vocal on social media.

Peter is Better

Those BAT lovers that don’t wish well for Nigeria will not like this news.

I don’t understand how some people will wish a second BUhari on Nigeria
