Please guys i need your help.

On Friday morning i woke up only to discover my Airtel Sim card displaying Emergency.
At first i thought it wasn't placed properly,i opened it change from Sim 1 to Sim2 but still no positive result. O even tried it in someone's phone but it didn't pick.

Please what do u think will be the problem?

Have you linked your Nin to the SIM?

Could be because of NIN. I have my NIN but I still needed to capture and I went to do so at an airtel shop in Abeokuta. This was in September 2021.

Just last week I noticed my airtel line has been disconnected from the whatsapp groups I am on, and that js despite my doing the needful. It is not my loss anyways, I am where I don't need the line anymore. Only thing is it was my primary number used for some sensitive things.

Airtel na yeye company,same happened to mine some month back,went for welcome back and I was told that I wasn't the one that did the sim registration ,that it was at the early stage of sim registration where company were allowed to register people but now that they have abolished that kind of registration that I should have gone back to register...naso I just waka comot.

Airtel Is very useless when It comes to this particular Issue. I experienced this Issue with my 2 Airtel Lines. I Just woke up to Emergency, And then Invalid Sim. And mind you, Their latest foolishness or how do I call It Is, If you even register and link your line. If you don't "recharge, make or receive calls" within the space of Just one week. You can kiss the Sim Card goodbye. Very useless organization. Their only usefulness to me Is their quite stable browsing.....

But were u able to rectify it?

The phone dropped on the floor, when I picked it up it was indicating no Sims on the two lines. After restarting only the Airtel line came on.
My pain is that the MTN line is my main line.
Can you help on this case?
