Dandelion greens, in particular, are a great source of vitamins and minerals such as: Vitamins A, C and K.

I even read somewhere that dandelion leaves are used in preparing efo soup. Whodathunkit! All these years, I have been wasting tons of delicious vegetables all spring and summer when I could have been harvesting them all for my soup pot.

Allergies are personal problems individuals may have. That child A is allergic to Peanuts for instance, does not mean peanuts are not safe for children in general.

Coffee is a drink, not food. Same as Alcohol.

There are many different peppers out there to eat so it is not entirely true that some won't eat peppers at all. Even Tatashe is a pepper.

I am not aware of these being chemically unsafe for children though. Kids may not like them but they are not unsafe.
