When Nigeria sef no sweet. There's dignity, togetherness if you stay at home. But there's good life if you go to overseas like America, Britain or Canada.
You can't say you are patriotic and stay in a country of hunger, sorrow, bad news, bad politicians, poor infrastructure and hate filled friends and families which some were turned to terror by Nigerian economy.

In regards to the health sector most hospitals are a shambles in Nigeria with a lack of investment in equipment, facilities, training even common light and clean water. Unpreventable deaths take place daily.
