The environment where we find ourselves really matters.
Provided we are in the right environment, achieving our goals will not be a big problem.
Mr. Phillip( the man who created the fastest computer) was able to achieve this feat because he was in the right environment.

Your dreams, aspirations and goals will never be achieved in the wrong environment.
For example ,Just think of a Nigerian student whose dream is to be an astronaut and explore space in a country like Nigeria, that is hard to achieve here.

Coming to the environment where we all found ourselves(Nigeria).
Many people believe that it is quite unfortunate to find their self here ,but that is not true.
If you think your society don't have what it takes,you can be the first to make a difference. Who knows? you might be that one person we all have been waiting for.

In conclusion,to achieve our goals and heart desires , we need to be in the right environment. If we feel we are not in the right environment ,we create it ourselves; for that is one of the ways our ambitions and dreams can be pursued and achieved.
