Your attitude to your child's school is not just about the school. It has great impact on your child.

If you speak against the school regularly; if your default posture to the school is combative and oppositional; if you disrespect teachers and school management because you pay fees; if you communicate the idea that 'if not the condition that made crayfish bend', you would not send him/her to that school; then you are damaging your child's ability to benefit from experiences that can help him/her improve in life. The handicap won't stop with the current school. It may follow him deep into his future.

If a school is really bad, put your child in another school that YOU CAN HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE towards! School impacts a children's lives much more than we think. And that impact is not just what the teachers and students do or don't do. It is also how you, parent, relate to the school.

Tell overzealous parents. Make God let them learn. Your reaction to your child's will determine how attentive your child will be in that school
