Tod boehly is the one who is going to have control over the footballing aspect and revenue generating aspect of the Club, in other ward the other partners are silent partners. Tod boehly is the face of the consortium that bought Chelsea. And he will take the club to the next level if his other sport investments are anything to go by.

Once a group of people owns a club, things become slower. The hire and sack treatment Abrahamovic used was becos it was a one man business. Signing of players was also fast and swift.
But with many stake holders, it wont be easy. It will take a lot of time before they get their act together.
I hope they prove me wrong anyway
