Many have been said about the recent political meeting in Lagos. But there is one thing that stood out. All of them were Yoruba. Nobody cared who came from where. Over representation by quota of state was not important. For example, about four prominent people at the table were from Ogun. About two from Odin. Three from Lagos. One from Ekiti. It didn’t matter what religion they practiced. Muslim, Christian they all blended as one.

As a country, this is how Yoruba land will be governed. We can have five Muslim or Christian consecutive presidents. Nobody will care. Performance will be the only metric. If men at that table were solely in charge of a country, they will solve issues of infrastructure (fashola), IGR and economy (Tinubu), laws and policies (Osibanjo) faster than this unfortunate Nigeria ever can.

I hope we can have our own country in the next twenty years or at least, have a regional country with a very weak center that even ibos and hawusa will need to apply before coming to our land.

God bless Omoluabis
God bless Yorubas everywhere

Who's trying to mock the yorubas with this thread, show Aregbesola and Omisore shaking hands?

If this happens in the east, everyone would have been crying, they are not united, more than 100 of them running at the same time.

Now that all the yoruba refused to step down for Tinubu, people are still spinning trash to ridicule themselves grin
