https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rz1hoIR5jn I was going through YouTube looking at the works Dave Umahi did when I came across this video and I just couldn't understand why we waste money awarding contract to foreign companies when this is an option. Like, no state is New York level yet in terms of finance or anything, why try so hard on formulas that don't work? Unless they're laundering/ embezzling money with those companies, this should be the way. You would probably say - "Ebonyi governor is an engineer yen yen yen"; that would be the dumbest excuse/ defence ever. |
