Good day house,please this issue need urgent attention
One of my sister who is running a pos business help someone to pay money into his debt loan app, sje mistakenly sent 111,230 instead of 11,230 to a loan app , we've logged a complain and we're asked to wait for 10 working days twice and this is the third time now, they refuse to return the money and it's really affecting my sister business. Has anyone experienced this before? Does anyone has any suggest solutions? Kindly help move to front page to get more solutions.

Ehya sorry ooo. But how u take add another one for the eleven now... Transfer of funds is not one can do in a hurry.. One must be patient when doing such deals in other not to put urself in trouble of going up and down. I pray u recover ur money sha.

How people do transfer of funds in a hurry still baffles me and the thing is you will be asked to confirm with your pin before sending yet some people will still make this kind of mistake, na wa!!!

Op your sis isn't fit to handle cash transactions because it takes a really serious, dedicated and calm mind to run a money business.

I would advise that you send an email to the loan app;make sure you quote all the relevant details such as the date and time of the transaction, name of the account number from which the transfer was made, the name of the person she was making the payment on his behalf etc

She should also copy her bank, the recipient bank and CBN via email
