Abuse Of Power

When most people think of the power of the word: control, authority, or influence over others usually what comes to their minds. But power isn't only limited to the psychological aspect of relationships whether platonic or intimate; it extends to a variety of settings, and issues in all sectors of the life of the citizens as well. With that said, imagine an individual or individuals who are in positions where they have the authority to make executive decisions, and they misuse their firm leadership and authority to target their fellow humans.

It is unfortunate, however, that maximum humans who've labored or are running in personal sectors, or any authorities process together with the city, federal, or state, can attest they have either witnessed abuse of power in their workplace or they have been a victim of it.

It is a known fact that some individuals in managerial positions and or high ranking positions have utilized their power within the workplace to call in favors, hinder individuals from getting positions, blocked transfers, openly play favorites and exclude the individuals they do not particularly care for, and blackballed individuals; in accordance, with emotionally tormenting their victims. A line has to be drawn between what is work ethic and what is perceived to be inappropriate company leadership. When has it become okay for individuals in power to get away with tarnishing someone's character and work ethics to stroke their egos, mend their insecurities, and make excuses for their jealous behavior?

While there are many reasons why some people who are in positions to make decisions abuse their power: There are certain thoughts that often cross my mind, such as how a lot of people lack control in their personal lives in their houses with their spouses, or family members, do their powerful positions lead them to sense they have got.

Although, it was reported that some researchers believe "Power tends to corrupt, and leads people to take ethical shortcuts. Other researchers argue power does now no longer corrupt, it intensifies pre-current moral tendencies." I acquire their findings had been primarily based totally on the research on the population. Even though both theories seem logical, it is my personal belief that not all people who hold positions of power in the Country abuse it; but there are times when some individual's characters will be tested by the positions they hold in the community or the country.

The sad part is the abuse of power in the community is not new. It has been taking place for many years in each sector. Ironically this behavior continues to travel through corporations and organizations like a bad plague that needs to be demolished. For the abuse to decrease the victims have to be willing to report it to their superior or human resources department, their unions, the Equal Opportunity Commission, or a state labor commission. Note that it is vital to keep a detailed log of everything, the incidents, situations, intimidation, etc...

No one has to experience they are invincible and maintain to spoil another person's profession because she or he believes they can without repercussions. Please do your research to know what your rights are as an employee, citizen, or an individual and as a victim. Too many victims have suffered from depression and emotional stress due to abuse of power in the Country.

Understandably, some victims may fear retaliation, on the part of management or high-ranking individuals when they report their situations. But please be advised that any form of retaliation which constitutes misconduct should be reported directly to the above superior.
I am positive maximum human beings are conscious abuse of energy isn't always best restrained to the troubles which I formerly mentioned, there's a protracted list, which includes manipulating a person evaluation, Sexual harassment, managers turning different managers towards their team of workers because they had a problem with them, and if the managers did not like the so-known as problem worker no person else could like them. And the list goes on...

In Conclusion:
We know that there are some people on till you used force on them before they can understand what you are saying but not all citizens are like that some just need explanation, not force.
And remember nobody remains in power forever so used your power nicely to impact people's lives positively so, that by the time you leave the power, the same people will protect you.
