With a name like Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi and with the kind of friends, associates and network of well wishers the Dan Amanar Daura has it is clear to me that he is destined to be president for many reasons some of which I will highlight here in no particular order:

1. Ethno-centrism: Amaechi is the only Non-regional candidate, every other candidate is hoping on their region, many candidates and their supporters are literally saying “vote him he is an xyz man and it is our turn” or “vote me I have sacrificed so much so it is my turn to eat and enjoy the fruits of my labour”. Amaechi is the only candidate whose support base is not anchored on a particular region, he has appeal beyond just the south south, infact it can be argued that his strongest support base as at today is outside the south south, while other candidates rely exclusively on their tribe or region.

2. Previous works: for a lot of Candidates previous work or their long stay in politics has been a negative, for all the ex presidents and Vice Presidents and governors (EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM) except Amaechi people have asked what does this man aim to achieve in 4 years as president that he couldn’t achieve in his 8 years as Vice President or in his previous 7 years as president?
For the governors the question is You claim to want to turn Nigeria into a paradise but what happened to the state you governed for 8 years? Why is there no waste disposal system? Why are you owing pensioners ? Why isn’t it a paradise? You claimed to have saved up billions of naira but records show that your state owes 59.7 billion Naira in domestic debt alone as at March 31, 2021. So the claims, the promise do not match what is on ground.
It’s the same for other Ministers and heads of other parastatals; why is your ministry so poor, you’ve achieved nothing infact your people are on strike, if you couldn’t handle something so little why should we entrust you with the entire nation?

Whereas for Amaechi the free primary State model primary Schools, free secondary schools, specialist hospitals, drainage systems, free primary healthcare centers, jobs given without man-know-man, farms, industries, security, scholarships and many more I can’t remember now are there to see you can see them on google maps, you can meet some of the beneficiaries of these projects online and in person I myself have ran into many of them who had only nice things to say of Amaechi.
As minister he has replicated the same zeal for infrastructure into the railways with many new world class stations and rail lines and ports and roads and air port terminals and more.

3. Personality: The Dan Amanar Daura is truly the trusted one, he is one of very few candidates that can actually be trusted, he isn’t too “my hands are tied-ish” neither is he too “give me power, give me power-ish” he isn’t too full of himself or too desperate, he isn’t someone that acts like a Demi god or a god father. And he is transparent.

4. Tribalism/cross sectional appeal/ sellability/ True Nigerianess: forgive me I know you must find something wrong with one or more of the tags of this number 4; however these are the many words that describe what number 4 entails.
He isn’t someone seeking the downfall of parts or all of Nigeria, he isnt someone that is seen as sectional or tribalistic or as serving the interest of his people alone.
I told someone sometime “you can’t blame those people with the way these other people talk about them online if I was them too I wouldn’t be very comfortable giving these people that much power”
You understand what I’m trying to convey, certain candidates are seen as self serving (both personal and tribal, potentially nepotistic) others aren’t seen that way.
Rotimi Amaechi is the most sellable candidate of all.

5. Age: Amaechi at 56 is amongst the youngest candidates amongst all those who have currently picked form to run for the presidency, to my knowledge only Yaya Bello is younger than him.

6. Finally, and most importantly Which one candidate has built more for Nigeria than Amaechi? Not one of them.
Amaechi’s rail moved Nigeria up into top 5 African countries with the longest rail lines and top 5 most connected African countries by rail.
Amaechi also removed Nigerias Port harcourt international and Lagos international airports from the list of worlds worst international airports after the building of new terminals, redesign and concession.

I can go on and on and on Like how he made port harcourt world book capital and more and more

The truth is to me as a de-tribalised Nigerian, I believe I can see clearly than most people who are merely being sentimental in their support for candidates from their tribes or region or religion.

From my perspective Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi is the best man for the job and should win not only the primaries but the general elections in 2023.

I shall be posting pictures of some of the things Amaechi was directly involved in building.

There was provision made for cctv and other security measures in and around the trains as well as the train stations. Guess who refused to approve it? Osinbande as head of the Economic council he said it was waste of money and therefore bad for the economy, it wasn’t until that attack then President Buhari intervened and it was approved and even extended go and google it

Lol, too toutish to be a president. Would be the closest to the Nigerian version of Donald Trump.
The truth is I don't find any PDP candidate interesting at the moment. I care about the candidate first before the party. Even Kwankwaso would have been a better candidate for the PDP had he not decamped
to NNPP. But Saraki, Atiku, Tambuwal, Wike, etc are all no no for me.

It's ok. I like a very logical balanced life hence my choices above.

Both parties should do well to feed in their best. For me I will prefer anybody from PDP to any APC candidate but for Amaechi and PYO, I am having a second thought.

*PYO
*Obi
