Australia Awards Scholarships, which was formerly known as Australian Development Scholarships (ADS), provides opportunities for students across developing countries, especially those countries located in the Indo-Pacific region, to embark on full time undergraduate or postgraduate study at any of the participating Australian universities and approved Technical and Further Education (TAFE) institutions within the country.
